Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries and concerns related to flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Assisting customers with baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline customer service processes and improve overall customer experience

Requirements
