• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support
