The Opportunity

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in empowering our customers to create spaces that reflect their unique style and personality. You'll be the voice of careerzynith, providing personalized support and solutions to our customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. Your expertise will help us resolve a wide range of post-order issues, from delivery questions and damages to returns, replacements, and order notifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Demonstrate reliability and dedication to being present and on time for your entire shift every day

  • Handle a high volume of contacts, including 50-60 phone calls per shift, in a fast-paced and structured environment
  • Meet our high performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, excelling in meeting customer support performance metrics, and completing other duties as assigned
  • Professionally engage customers, actively listening to their concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the best solution
  • De-escalate customer concerns, using your conflict resolution skills to balance the needs of the customer with the options available from the company
  • Problem solve, using your analytical skills to find creative solutions to complex customer issues
  • Be tech-savvy and multitask, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and displays to quickly and effectively resolve customer questions
  • Escalate systemic issues, helping us to continuously improve our services and support

Requirements

* Be 18 years of age or older

  • Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Be able to read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently
  • Have a basic understanding of Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
  • Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
