Your Role at careerzynith
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with patients and healthcare professionals to provide empathetic and efficient support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls from patients with empathy and efficiency
- Precisely recording new patient details in our system, including personal and medical information
- Coordinating with physicians to secure written orders, confirm insurance coverage, and process orders
- Maintaining continuous communication with patients and referring entities about order statuses
- Handling daily management of purchase order discrepancies and reports
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in a call center environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in handling a high volume of calls
- Experience in computer navigation and data entry
