As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including live chat, phone, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Quality Check Calls: You will make follow-up calls to customers from the prior day to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Maintenance Customer Calls: You will call maintenance customers to schedule visits and ensure that their equipment is functioning properly.
