The Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director(s) and their service center team(s). You will be the go-to person for regulatory help, schedule management, and group coordination. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to Director(s) and their service center team(s), maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment, courtesy, creativity, and drive.

  • Manage regulatory support, including scheduling, arranging meetings, phone calls, and large group gatherings.
  • Lead and direct group needs, such as requesting division supplies, maintaining inventory areas, assisting with planning and executing all-group events, updating group communication boards, making travel arrangements for leaders, and handling expenses.
  • Aid in the onboarding and setup of new colleagues, planning the group welcome program, participating in division projects and activities as assigned, and serving as a continuous resource for the service center(s) you support.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Anticipated Hours/Timetable

* Variable 40 hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm CST with a periodic later shift 1-2x per month (scheduled in advance).

  • Work on-site at Target Printing Services in Brooklyn Park, MN 1-2 days/week.

About You

* High school education or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Task-oriented with a superb sense of priority and ability to manage multiple tasks; adaptable with a high level of drive and ability to adjust to a fluctuating workload
