The Role As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in facilitating intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. In addition to facilitating intake calls, you'll

• Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
• Provide exceptional client service experiences
• Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients
• Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are the essential qualifications
• Flexibility You'll need to be available to work a variety of schedules, including hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends.
• Strong Customer Service Skills You'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
• Call Center Experience You'll need to have experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center software and scheduling tools.
• Organizational Skills You'll need to be highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Verbal Communication Skills You'll need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
• Typing Skills You'll need to be able to type quickly and accurately while taking calls.
• Reliability and Teamwork You'll need to be reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge

• Bilingualism You'll need to be bi-lingual (preferably in a non-Spanish language).
• Experience in the Language/Translation Industry You'll need to have experience working in the language/translation industry, with a strong understanding of translation, interpretation, and transcreation services.
