As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll also be involved in sales activities, promoting our products and services, and helping customers make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Promote and sell careerzynith products and services
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Participate in training and development programs
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experiences

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
