- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
- Managing key accounts and serving as the point of contact for clients
- Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
- Managing opportunities in Salesforce and seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options
- Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries, serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
- Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to develop order fulfillment plans and providing ongoing support to the business development field team
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Biological Science, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in a client services position
- Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is a plus
- A customer service-oriented attitude and a commitment to quality
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and attentive to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment
- Computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
