Job Summary
careerzynith is seeking an experienced Benefits Representative to join our team in a work-from-home data entry position. As a Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for processing benefits, including Wellbeing, Life, LTD, and Adaptable Spending benefits, as well as assisting with online enrollment frameworks and reviews. This is a full-time, hourly position that reports to the Benefits Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Wellbeing, Life, LTD, and Adaptable Spending benefits
- Process Change in Status and Exceptional Enrollment Occasions for benefits
- Assist with Online Enrollment Framework plan and reviews
- Create and handle weekly Adaptable Spending Reports and Adaptable Spending Review
- Assist and answer Extra security and LTD guarantee requests
- Interaction and pay Extra security and LTD bills
- Process and answer Qualified Clinical Kid Backing Requests
- Assist with 401(k) and Non-Qualified Conceded Pay (NQDC) Plan enrollments
- Coordinate stores for the 401(k), NQDC, and IRA account
- Direct Month to month and Quarterly reviews for the Wellbeing Plan
- Critical thinking with workers and Outsider Directors
- Comprehend and Decipher Plan Records
- Circulate Fresh recruit Parcels
- Saturday work will be expected on occasion
Expected Qualifications and Skills
* 2 - 3 years Benefits Organization experience with Wellbeing, Dental, Disaster protection, LTD, Flex, and COBRA
- Information on 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA, and Medical services Change guidelines
- Capable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with HRIS benefits frameworks (SAP liked)
- Elevated degree of meticulousness
- Solid correspondence and authoritative abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
