Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Autism/ABA Therapist to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one (11) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related conditions.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
- Implement discrete trials, behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred.
- Experience working with children for 1 year in a 11 setting, or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time.
- Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
- Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Compensation and Benefits
