What You'll Architect As an Enterprise Planning Consultant, you will architect intelligent planning solutions that enable organizations to connect strategy, finance, operations, and analytics into scalable decision-making platforms. Working alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders, you will transform business requirements into modern Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that create measurable business value. Facilitate business discovery sessions, process mapping workshops, and requirements gathering with client subject matter experts Translate business processes into technical specifications, solution designs, and scalable planning architectures Configure and develop planning, reporting, and analytical models aligned with client objectives Support end-to-end EPM implementations, ensuring high-quality configuration, testing, and solution delivery Build consensus with stakeholders while driving project decisions and maintaining a strong client-first approach Deliver engaging demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for audiences ranging from executives to business users Collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting teams to design planning solutions that balance business needs and technical best practices Contribute to implementation documentation, knowledge transfer, and reusable consulting assets Support project planning by understanding priorities, timelines, milestones, and business objectives Continuously strengthen technical and consulting capabilities while contributing to the growth of the Enterprise Planning practice Who You Are You enjoy transforming business complexity into intuitive and scalable planning solutions You naturally connect finance, operations, and technology to improve organizational decision-making You combine analytical thinking with curiosity and a strong consulting mindset You are comfortable collaborating with business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders You approach challenges with structure, ownership, and a continuous improvement mentality You thrive in collaborative and international environments where learning never stops You see every client engagement as an opportunity to create long-term business impact What You Bring Qualifications / Certifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience 2–3 years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions Experience participating in structured consulting or software implementation projects Vendor certifications in Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle Hyperion/EPM, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board, OneStream, or similar platforms are considered an asset Fluent English is required Technical Skills Background in business planning, financial modeling, multidimensional modeling, analytics, Business Intelligence, or consulting Experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions using at least one of the following technologies: Anaplan, IBM TM1/Planning Analytics, Oracle Hyperion/EPM, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board, or OneStream Experience supporting software implementation activities including data mapping, conversion validation, security configuration, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable planning models Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Experience working within structured implementation methodologies covering business analysis, process design, and system integration Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across technical and business audiences Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities while managing multiple project activities Nice-to-haves Interest in working within international and distributed consulting teams Ability to independently manage small engagements or portions of larger implementations Experience delivering product demonstrations or supporting business development initiatives Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies Experience with Financial Consolidation, Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain Planning, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Knowledge of relational databases and SQL technologies including ANSI SQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, PartiQL, or SAS Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration Fluency in Portuguese What Makes You Successful Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders Comfortable facilitating workshops, demonstrations, and collaborative planning sessions Able to translate business requirements into scalable Enterprise Planning solutions Brings a consultative mindset that balances technical quality with measurable business outcomes Demonstrates ownership, adaptability, and strong organizational skills in dynamic project environments Contributes positively to collaborative teams through continuous learning and knowledge sharing Role Details Location: Remote – Colombia or Argentina Contract: Full-time Work Model: Remote Level: Consultant Rewards -
