FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Flexible 1st 7 am to 5 pm with an on-call rotation once every 6 weeks Job Summary: This position uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for Epic Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, and Specialty Medication Compass Rose. These tasks include planning, system analysis, solution design, application building/configuration, 3rd party app integration, testing, maintenance, support and the completion of assigned project work. Our analysts work closely with operations to support the IT needs of our ambulatory pharmacy staff and their patients. Having retail pharmacy technician experience is highly preferred. Candidates can be hired at 2 levels depending on their experience: . Associate Level: Related work experience with implementation and/or support of an electronic health record application is preferred Highly prefer 1 year clinically related field experience with knowledge of Epic workflows Knowledge of computer principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required Prefer Epic Certification in Willow Ambulatory and Inventory Mid-Career level Minimum of two years of related work experience with implementation and/or support of an electronic health record application is required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Epic Proficiency, Accreditation or Certification is required. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
