Entry Level Life Insurance - Licensed Required (Remote)
We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Life Insurance Sales Agents. You’ll be helping individuals and families protect what matters most by educating them on life insurance options and helping them select the right coverage for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with prospective clients provided by company through warm leads.
- Educate clients on life insurance products and help them select the best options for their goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and development Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required (Must Obtain License)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Sales, customer service, or retail experience a plus, but not required
- Must be able to obtain a state life insurance license (company support provided)
