We're looking for an exceptional Enterprise Lead to own and accelerate our strategy across the UK's largest financial institutions. This is a highly strategic leadership role, responsible for shaping how Aveni engages with major banking, insurance and wealth management organisations, driving commercial growth, strengthening executive relationships, and ensuring our AI solutions deliver transformational outcomes for customers. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you'll become a key voice in Aveni's leadership team, influencing market strategy, product direction and customer success across some of the most influential firms in financial services. The Opportunity As Enterprise Lead, you will lead Aveni's engagement with Tier 1 financial services organisations, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while driving growth, retention and expansion across our largest accounts. You'll bring deep financial services expertise, commercial leadership and a strong understanding of how AI is reshaping regulated industries.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, customer success and product, requiring someone who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, identify emerging market opportunities and help translate customer needs into scalable solutions. What You'll Be Doing Define and Execute Tier 1 Market Strategy Develop and lead Aveni's strategy for expanding within large-scale financial institutions. Identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics and emerging trends shaping AI adoption in financial services. Create and execute plans that accelerate growth across the Tier 1 segment. Lead Strategic Customer Engagements Act as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for Aveni's most important customer relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers. Support customers in evolving their AI strategies and scaling adoption of Aveni capabilities. Drive Commercial Growth Partner closely with Sales teams on major opportunities, RFIs, RFPs and executive presentations. Clearly articulate Aveni's value proposition, ROI and compliance benefits. Support account expansion strategies and long-term customer success plans. Shape Product Direction Provide strategic market insight that influences product strategy and roadmap decisions. Ensure the evolving needs of Tier 1 financial institutions are reflected in our platform and AI capabilities. Contribute directly to the development of Aveni's Compliance Knowledge Hub and future offerings. Build Scalable Best Practice Develop frameworks, methodologies and artefacts that enable successful delivery into large financial institutions. Codify repeatable approaches while maintaining the agility and customer-centricity that define Aveni. Develop People and Capability Mentor and develop high-performing commercial and customer-facing teams. Support the growth of future leaders across the business. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements

What We're Looking For Essential ExperienceSignificant experience defining and executing strategy within large-scale financial services organisations or technology businesses serving them. Proven success delivering revenue growth from enterprise financial services customers. Strong track record of scaling sales, account management or customer success functions within B2B software or AI businesses.Experience working within highly regulated environments, particularly risk, compliance or governance functions. Demonstrable success building relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders. Experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Desirable ExperienceEstablished network across Tier 1 financial institutions and regulators. Experience engaging at Board level. First-hand experience of AI deployment within large financial services organisations. Skills & Attributes Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to turn complex challenges into actionable plans. Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate organisational politics and competing priorities. Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments. Curious, ambitious and execution-focused. Able to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day operational delivery
