Work Location: Remote with semi frequent travel to client sites HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Performing/organizing discovery efforts at various hospitals & clinics (i.e. sites) related to End User Devices (EUDs), interfaced systems, & Data Drops & Power Outlets (DDPO) and will then perform post discovery analysis to inform technical scope and requirements. Building an understanding of the client's list of standard capabilities, devices, and interfaces is essential to perform meaningful discovery and gap analysis. Support device procurement tracking & logistics, own relationships with local site IT leaders and other technology / network / engineering groups, and overall support the technical readiness of a transition to a new EHR. This may involve external vendor management/coordination, cutover planning & support, project management of engineering activities. WHAT YOU'LL NEED (required): Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive experience. Strong written and oral communication skills are required, as is a proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint). WHAT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER (highly preferred): Experience with Oracle Health EHR (or similar EHR vendor platforms) Experience supporting the VA EHRM. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
