East Coast Based- Remote Sales Closer | Residential Moving | Inbound Leads
About the Role
We're hiring a remote sales closer to handle inbound leads and book residential moving jobs. This is a closing role, not customer service. Leads come to you. Your job is to quote fast, follow up, and book the move. If you're confident on the phone, competitive by nature, and know how to close, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound leads immediately, often within minutes
- Quote jobs and close bookings over the phone
- Follow up consistently until the deal is won or lost
- Handle booking details after the close
- Keep your pipeline organized and your numbers visible
What We're Looking For
- Proven phone sales experience, ideally with inbound leads or high transaction volume
- Track record of hitting or beating quota
- Fast response times and strong follow up habits
- Comfortable in a fully commission driven environment where performance is the only thing that matters
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a phone setup that works
- Must be based on the east coast (Eastern Time Zone preferred)
Compensation
- Hourly base at your state's minimum wage
- Commission paid on every job booked
- Typical residential moves range from $800 to $3,000+
- Higher commission tiers available as you prove performance
- Top performers handling consistent lead flow earn well above base
