Develop and create visually stunning designs for characters, environments, and props that align with the overall creative vision of the project. Collaborate with the art director, production designer, and other team members to ensure consistency and coherence in the visual development of the project. Utilize a strong understanding of color theory, composition, and storytelling to bring life and depth to the designs. Research and gather inspiration from various sources to inform and enhance the visual development process. Continuously push the boundaries of creativity and innovation to deliver unique and memorable designs. Communicate and present design concepts and ideas effectively to the team and stakeholders. Work closely with the modeling, texturing, and lighting teams to ensure the successful translation of 2D designs into 3D assets. Meet project deadlines and milestones while maintaining the highest quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and techniques.
