DQR RPM Team Lead
POSITION SUMMARY: The DQR RPM Team Lead will play a crucial role in daily remote patient monitoring and delivering high-quality monthly summary reports for the RPMI service line. The Team Lead serves as the escalation point for the Data Quality Reviewers (DQRs) role, providing guidance, support and assistance in training. This role will also act as a liaison between the passive device, APPr, and DQR Team. The team lead will review individual escalations from the DQRs, direct charts appropriately to collaborating teams and notify appropriate clinicians of residents who fall outside of established guidelines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying medical changes or abnormalities through daily monitoring for escalation and NP clinical review per protocol.
- Generate and review monthly summary reports on patients' health conditions based on the collected data, for NP clinical review and treatment plan recommendations.
- Adhere to all established policy/protocol of the department and workflow.
- Meets established standards for productivity as assigned.
- Develops relationships within Tapestry Health to facilitate communication and improvement of program.
- Works with Tapestry IT and Data Scientists to resolve discrepancies with patient data information.
- Protects patient information and adheres to the standard of confidentiality.
- Contributes and participates in continuous quality improvement activities.
- All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Some college/technical education, associate degree or higher preferred Minimum of 3 years’ health field related work or volunteer experience Proficiency in navigating electronic health records. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to understand and interpret basic math logic such as averages and graphs PREFERRED SKILLS •Strong verbal/written communication

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards
The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $24-$28/hr This remote position follows a location-based compensation structure. The posted salary range represents the potential pay range across various U.S. geographic markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
