Aufgaben Wissensvermittlung u. a. zu den folgenden Themen: Einführung und Grundlagen der KI Stärken, Möglichkeiten und Grenzen des KI-Einsatzes Generativ KI und KI-Tools im Content Marketing KI-Anwendungsfälle aus der Praxis (inklusive Projektarbeit und praktischer Übungen) Innovation denken lernen, das innovative Mindset, Praxisübung Innovation Prompting und kreative Arbeit im Content-Marketing Arbeitsablauf, Rollen und Rechtsfragen beim Einsatz von KI Datenschutz bei KI-Anwendungen Content-Management: Texte und Bilder KI-gestützt generieren KI-Agenten aufbauen und nutzen digitale Ethik und kritisches Denken im Umgang mit KI Resilienz im Change- und Transformationsprozess Die Rolle von KI im Wissensmanagement und bei der Entscheidungsfindung Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation Qualifikation Unterrichtserfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung, idealerweise im geförderten Bildungsbereich Nachgewiesene pädagogisch-didaktische Eignung durch die Ausbildereignungsprüfung der IHK (AEVO) oder durch einen gleichwertigen Nachweis bzw. die Bereitschaft, einen solchen Nachweis noch zu erbringen.
