Ground-floor leadership opportunity – You'll be the first dedicated Director of Partnerships on the Lit Support team, setting the tone, building the playbook, and growing a team around you. Why the Lit Support Team at Steno Is Different You own the client relationship – From onboarding to escalation resolution, you're the person clients and internal teammates count on to get things done. Cross-functional and high-visibility – Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and the Lit Support team to ensure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction. Built for builders – You'll identify gaps in the client experience and fix them, designing scalable playbooks that set the foundation for a growing team. Real complexity, real impact – Navigate court filing, service of process, multi-market client needs, and a fast-moving product environment where no two days look the same. You’re Gonna Crush it If: You have 5+ years of experience in the legal or litigation support industry, with a focus on customer success, account management, or client services. You have hands-on expertise with court filing and service of process - and can speak to attorneys about these services with authority. You've effectively led webinars and product demos for legal professionals. You have sold or supported the sale of litigation support services - you understand the full client lifecycle from prospect to ongoing transactions. You're proficient with Slack, Zendesk, and HubSpot (or similar CRM/support tools). You communicate exceptionally well - both written and verbal - and know how to adapt your tone and style to your audience. You're a natural connector who builds trust quickly and sustains it over time.
