Primary Responsibilities: Direct and manage large evaluation contracts including technical direction, financial management, staff management, and client relations Design and conduct studies that require advanced empirical methods or mixed quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods Effectively oversees production of client-ready deliverables Lead large proposals Lead research reports and manuscripts for technical and non-technical audiences Lead advanced quantitative and/or qualitative analysis You ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master s degree in Economics, Statistics, Health Services Research, Public Policy or related field with 12 years of experience in healthcare research and policy analysis 10 years of experience in healthcare research and policy analysis Experience analyzing large administrative datasets for program evaluations Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis Experience managing large, mixed-methods evaluations Expertise in the design and implementation of research studies focused on health equity Demonstrated quantitative research skills in health policy, program evaluation Preferred Qualifications: Track record of conference presentations and publications Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group s Telecommuter Policy California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or Washington, D.C. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $122,100 to $234,700 annually.
