Director, Business Integration
As a Director, Business Integration, your work at Tegria will focus on leading enterprise integration initiatives that align systems, processes, data, and reporting capabilities to improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and enable effective decision-making. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and business leaders to implement integrated business processes, improve data quality, and deliver scalable technology solutions that support organizational objectives. Support alignment between operational systems and financial reporting structures. Help develop standardized reporting models that improve business visibility. Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions. System Integration & Technology Enablement Lead system integration projects across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define business requirements, integration approaches, data flows, and solution designs. Coordinate implementation of integration tools, APIs, and middleware solutions. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and reporting capabilities. Business Process Improvement Lead process improvement initiatives across Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, and other business functions. Facilitate current-state assessments, future-state process design, and workflow standardization. Implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency. Partner with functional leaders to align business processes with operational goals and organizational priorities. Data Governance & Management Support implementation and ongoing execution of enterprise data governance standards, policies, and processes. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to maintain master data integrity and consistency across systems. Lead initiatives that improve data quality, accessibility, and reliability. Collaborate with Analytics and IT teams to support data management tools and governance practices. Financial Reporting & Insights Partner with Finance to improve financial reporting capabilities through better system integration and data quality. Support alignment between operational systems and financial reporting structures. Help develop standardized reporting models that improve business visibility. Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions. Program Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead cross-functional integration projects from planning through implementation and post-deployment support. Coordinate activities across Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders. Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource requirements. Provide regular project updates, recommendations, and issue resolution to senior leadership. Performs other generally related duties as assigned. What we’re looking for We expect: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field MBA preferred Has extensive related experience, typically 8-10 years, which includes: budget and personnel management, business integration, transformation, or enterprise systems roles Proven experience with ERP implementations and system integrations Experience with data governance frameworks and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Enterprise business processes and system integration concepts. Financial operations, reporting structures, and business data models. ERP, CRM, HRIS, and enterprise application ecosystems. Data governance principles, master data management, and information quality practices. Business process improvement methodologies. Project management and change management principles. Reporting, analytics, and business intelligence concepts. Proficiently use Office Productivity and Collaboration Tools (e.g., O365). Lead complex cross-functional projects and deliver successful business outcomes. Build productive partnerships with Finance, IT, and operational leaders. Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for integration and automation. Translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions. Coordinate multiple projects, priorities, risks, and dependencies. Influence stakeholders and build consensus across functional teams. Support organizational change and user adoption of new systems and processes. Develop clear business cases, project documentation, and executive communications. Apply analytical thinking to solve operational and technology-related challenges. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
