Digital Solutions Engineer (Placement Year Student)

Vyntelligence is looking for an undergraduate student for a year in industry placement. This role will be involved in end to end aspects of the solution journey from understanding customer outcomes, building solutions, conducting data analysis to draw insights; as well as providing inputs to the product management and engineering functions to help with the Vyntelligence product evolution and road map. What you'll do: Alignment with customers objectives and key success criteria and fulfillment of agreed customer outcomes Build customer end to end digital transformation journey including data flows, dashboards & storyboards Serve as the first line contact to resolve customer issues. Answer support tickets in timely fashion Work closely with Customer success leads to all aspects of customer management. Build and configure product based on the customer workflow What you'll need: Pursuing Undergraduate degree in the UK with placement year requirements. Good communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Team-player always willing to listen, collaborate and learn Flexible and able to operate effectively within ambiguity, uncertainty and change Have basic skills in HTML, CSS and Java Script Have, or willing to learn, basic technical skills in CSS and connect to APIs (SOAP / REST). Knowledge of AWS quicksight will be an added advantage Salary: £25,000 per annum.
