Position Summary We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing & Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and marketing, with a strong understanding of digital trends and best practices. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing engaging content strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. In addition, this role requires a forward-thinking approach to content creation, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize content, and scale output across platforms. While experience with AI tools is a strong advantage, we also welcome candidates who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and work with emerging technologies. Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, along with a strong content portfolio, are essential.
Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, ads, and campaigns AI-Driven Content: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) to enhance content creation, improve productivity, and scale output Content Optimization: Optimize content for engagement, performance, and brand consistency across platforms Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to execute campaigns and initiatives Content Planning: Manage and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules Analytics and Reporting: Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and data Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging AI tools, and best practices in digital marketing AI Experimentation: Explore and experiment with new AI tools and workflows to continuously improve content efficiency and output
Qualifications
Proven experience in content creation (social media, blogs, or digital content) A strong content portfolio is required. Please include 2–3 relevant work samples (links only) with your application.
