Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and paid channels
- Support content creation and distribution for social platforms, newsletters, and digital advertising
- Maintain and update websites and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
- Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare reports and dashboards for the marketing team
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on creative assets, timelines, and deliverables
- Research digital trends, competitors, and best practices to provide recommendations for optimization
- Support SEO and SEM efforts, including keyword research, metadata updates, and performance monitoring
- Assist with marketing automation workflows and CRM database management
- Provide administrative and project management support to the marketing team as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of digital marketing or marketing coordination experience
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
- Interest in digital trends, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot, CLaude); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency
