What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a creative and strategic Digital Content Manager to lead the planning, creation, and execution of content across BJAK’s digital channels. The ideal candidate is skilled at crafting engaging content, optimizing campaigns using analytics, and driving brand awareness and engagement. You’ll stay ahead of digital trends, using insights to deliver content that resonates with our UK audience and supports business objectives. What You’ll Do Develop and implement digital content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across BJAK’s digital channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital content marketing and implement innovative strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment of content initiatives with overall business objectives Prepare regular reports on content performance and present findings to key stakeholders Ensure all content reflects BJAK’s brand voice, messaging, and quality standards The Right Fit Has… Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-execution environment 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or similar roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns Deep understanding of digital channels, content strategies, algorithms, and trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital analytics tools to track performance and measure ROI Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills Why Join BJAK Above-market remuneration Fast-track career growth and exposure Meaningful, mission-driven work impacting millions of users Collaborative and inclusive team culture Flat structure — ideas and initiative matter more than titles High autonomy, real responsibility, and unlimited growth potential Location Requirement Based in the UK

Compensation

Range £35,000 – £50,000 base salary per annum Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience
