Job Description

Our team is a dedicated DevOps unit focused on building and operating a unified cloud and automation platform for the entire Credit & Collection Hub. We streamline deployments, automate infrastructure, ensure security compliance, and handle operational responsibilities across multiple business domains. As the platform evolves, applications and services are continuously onboarded, ensuring consistent standards, reliability, and scalability across the Hub. Through automation, Infrastructure as Code, and agile practices, the team increases efficiency, reduces operational risk, and provides a stable foundation for future growth. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Build and maintain Terraform IaC for AWS (EC2, EKS/ECS, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, IAM, networking, security) Manage GitLab structure, repositories, runners, and CI/CD pipelines Automate EC2 provisioning and configuration using Ansible Build and maintain Docker images, container workloads, and AMI images Integrate infrastructure with monitoring stack (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Loki) Maintain alerting rules, dashboards, and observability standards Manage certificates (AWS ACM, rotation, lifecycle) Troubleshoot infrastructure and pipeline issues, perform incident analysis Collaborate with development teams on releases and deployment processes

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU: Understand CI/CD pipeline engineering (GitLab) Have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and image lifecycle management Know Terraform (creation, maintenance, debugging) Have hands-on experience with AWS (compute, networking, security, databases) Are familiar with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, CloudWatch) Work well in Agile/Scrum environments and follow DevOps principles Have 3+ years of experience in DevOps Communicate in English at B2 level Are proactive, transparent, and focused on automation and continuous improvement Additional Information WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE US? We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits.
