DevOps Engineer - 100% Remote Primary Location: 100% Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a DevOps Engineer - 100% Remote for our premier client in 100% Remote. Education and Experience
- 6+ years of DevOps experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with languages such as Python/Go and technologies including MySQL, Java/Tomcat/Apache, and Splunk for systems monitoring/management.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience operating a 24/7 production web application.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to lead and provide mentorship to team members.
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Puppet or Chef/Ansible/Salt) and Terraform (or CloudFormation). This isn''t a learning roleyou need to be a subject matter expert.
- Extensive experience with AWS Cloud technologies (e.g., EC2, RDS, CloudFront, CloudWatch, DynamoDB) and container orchestrators like ECS.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and processes, including Git, Jenkins, and Nexus.
