This is a remote position. Job Title: Demand Clerk (Remote – International Candidates Only) We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Demand Clerk to join our growing legal support team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to international candidates looking for long-term, stable work with a U.S.-based law firm. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and organize demand packages for personal injury cases Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation for accuracy Communicate with attorneys, case managers, and other team members to gather necessary information Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items Maintain organized digital files and case records Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed Team player who works well with others in a collaborative environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in personal injury or legal support is a plus Proficient with computers and case management systems What We Offer: Fully remote position Consistent, long-term work with a U.S.-based firm Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity for growth within the company
