Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About You We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and eager-to-grow Account Coordinator to join the Xsolla Offerwall team. This is an exciting entry-to-mid level opportunity to build a career at the intersection of gaming, performance advertising, and partner success. The best candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly — from partner onboarding to day-to-day campaign management. In this client-facing role, you'll support and manage a portfolio of affiliate and API-integrated demand partners, ensuring their campaigns are set up correctly, running efficiently, and delivering results. You'll work closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to support partner onboarding, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate and API partners. Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to dig into both data and technical details will be key to your success. If you're passionate about gaming and performance marketing and are excited to grow your career in ad tech, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of affiliate and API-integrated demand partners running user acquisition campaigns on the Xsolla Offerwall, serving as their primary day-to-day point of contact. Support the onboarding of new affiliate and API partners, coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure integrations are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain accurate records of partner accounts, campaign configurations, and integration statuses in CRM and internal tracking tools. Monitor live campaigns across affiliate and API partners, flagging performance anomalies and working with internal teams to resolve discrepancies quickly. Assist partners with technical questions related to API documentation, tracking setup, postback configuration, and feed integration. Coordinate with the technical team to triage and resolve integration issues, acting as a clear communication bridge between partners and internal stakeholders. Review campaign data regularly using KPIs such as CPI, CTR, conversion rate, and install volume to identify issues and surface optimization opportunities. Prepare regular performance reports and campaign summaries for partners, translating data into clear, digestible updates. Support senior account managers in preparing business reviews, renewal materials, and growth presentations for key accounts. Respond to partner inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service across all communications. Qualifications & Skills — Required 1–2 years of experience in account management, partner support, digital advertising operations, or a related field; AdTech, affiliate marketing, or mobile advertising experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and professional in all partner-facing interactions. Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics such as CPI, CTR, install volume, and conversion rate, with the ability to spot trends, escalate issues, and summarize findings clearly. Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. Collaborative team player, comfortable working across product, operations, and technical teams. Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting.

Nice to Have

Exposure to affiliate networks, API integrations, or performance marketing platforms. Basic familiarity with API concepts, tracking links, postback URLs, and affiliate/performance integrations — you don't need to be an engineer, but comfort reading technical documentation is a plus. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. A genuine interest in gaming, digital advertising, and the performance marketing ecosystem. \n$65,000 - $85,000 a year
