Data Scientist AI
This position focuses on developing advanced analytics and AI solutions that create measurable business impact across the organization. The person will work on real-world industrial use cases, especially in areas such as manufacturing, engineering and operations, translating business challenges into data-driven solutions and models that support decision-making, process optimization and new capabilities. Role description:
- Develop and implement data science and AI models for industrial use cases
- Translate business problems into analytical approaches and practical solutions
- Perform data exploration, data preparation and feature engineering
- Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data availability and usability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and ensure business relevance
- Support the deployment of models into production environments
- Monitor and improve model performance over time
- Contribute to the development of scalable AI capabilities and best practices
- Communicate results, insights and recommendations in a clear and business-oriented way
- Support decision-making, process optimization and the development of new business capabilities through data and AI solutions
Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in data science, machine learning or applied analytics
- Strong programming skills, especially Python and SQL
- Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling
- Familiarity with industrial or operational data is considered a strong advantage
- Experience with model deployment and MLOps concepts is beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and good business understanding
