DAI Support Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)/Oracle Federal Financials Expert, San Diego, CA Job Title: DAI Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) Location: San Diego, CA (fully remote position, on-site travel may be required) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: Provide Tier 1 end-user helpdesk support and functional expertise for Navy financial systems operating within the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)/Oracle Federal Financials environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support Develop and maintain training materials based on recurring user issues and support trends Contribute to reporting and business intelligence development to address gaps in existing analytics Provide dedicated Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) report development for the Coronado, CA team, identifying and closing gaps in existing business intelligence reporting Maintain accurate, current records within the ticketing and issue-tracking systems Maintain working knowledge of related financial system functions, including procurement, cost accounting, and time and labor processes
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree + 15 years of DAI/Oracle Federal Financials experience Expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)/Business Intelligence General working knowledge of related DAI functions including User Management (UMX), Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Tier 1 helpdesk and customer support background Ability to work fully remote with occasional on-site presence in San Diego, CA Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for NIPRNET/CAC access, and able to pass a background check enGenius Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V
