Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist - Voice and Chat at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the relevant department.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Native speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communication).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, etc.).
