Customer Success & Growth Associate

As the company continues to grow, we're seeking a highly organized, motivated Customer Success & Growth Associate to work directly with the founder and play a key role in supporting customers, driving business development, and helping scale commercial operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with customers, has an interest in finance and AI, and wants exposure to nearly every aspect of building a high-growth startup.
What You'll Do
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing client relationships.
- Join customer meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Research prospective customers and build target account lists.
- Assist with outbound prospecting and customer follow-up.
- Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline activity.
- Coordinate LinkedIn content and marketing initiatives.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and customer communications.
- Conduct market and competitive research.
- Partner directly with the founder on day-to-day commercial initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 0-3 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and executives.
- Interest in startups, financial technology, or artificial intelligence.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is a plus.
