The Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home South East Region, you will play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring that our customers better understand their coverage and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving member inquiries on the first call
  • Utilize your skills and knowledge to offer solutions that simplify the healthcare experience for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions
  • Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field

  • 6 months of work from home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus
