About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at CVS Health, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support and answering inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience, resolving issues, and addressing their needs in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Engage with customers via multiple channels to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Medication Management: Assist customers with prescription and medication-related questions, ensuring their healthcare needs are met and providing guidance on our services and products. Order Processing: Accurately process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers and resolving any issues that may arise. Information Sharing: Provide information about CVS Health services, products, and promotions to customers, staying up-to-date on our offerings and initiatives. Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns, aiming for customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to improve our processes. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and ability to learn and grow. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders. A strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and building rapport with customers. The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using digital tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we're committed to providing training and support to help you succeed.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting, demonstrating an understanding of the industry and its unique challenges. Knowledge of healthcare services and products, including prescription medication and health insurance. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances.
