David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Maltese speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Athens, Greece. Position: Customer Service Representative (Maltese) Location: Athens, Greece Work model: Remote Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle incoming customer calls, chats, emails and messages professionally Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Provide accurate information using internal tools and systems Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication Build and maintain positive customer relationships Meet individual and team performance KPIs and quality standards Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems Follow internal procedures, guidelines and service policies. REQUIREMENTS: Native or near-native Maltese speaker Good command of English (written and spoken) Strong communication and active listening skills Customer service mindset and interpersonal skills Basic MS Office knowledge Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment Ability to work fixed shifts (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00) Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles Experience using CRM or ticketing systems Experience in international or multilingual support environments.
