About the Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions primarily over the phone while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires someone who can communicate confidently, remain composed under pressure, and balance friendly customer interactions with efficiency and productivity.
