Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries related to pharmacy benefits, prescriptions, and healthcare services. Navigate complex systems to process orders and provide effective solutions for customers. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within CVS’s system. Identify issues and collaborate with appropriate departments to ensure resolution. Provide empathetic, helpful, and clear communication to every customer.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or call center environment is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with remote work tools and computer systems.
