Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all customers
- Schedule and monitor appointments, ensuring smooth workflow
- Obtain vehicle and customer information and complete repair orders
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, keeping them informed throughout the process
- Manage, retain, and obtain new customers and fleet accounts
- Initiate, coordinate, and manage social media campaigns
- Plan and coordinate community events to build brand awareness
- Review and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Ability to manage customers and scheduling effectively
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- 1+ year of automotive industry experience preferred
- College degree or equivalent preferred
