Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, listening to customer concerns with empathy, clarifying their needs, and providing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. Assist customers with order-related issues, including tracking orders, processing cancellations or returns, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise with their purchases.
- Collect customer feedback, noting product issues or suggestions, and relay this feedback to relevant teams for further review and improvements in product offerings or service delivery.
