Creative Strategist

Creative Strategist Location: Remote Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year Industry: Skincare / Beauty / Consumer Brand Recrescere Group is representing a fast-growing skincare brand looking for a Creative Strategist to support growth across paid social, content, scripting and performance-led creative. This is a remote role for someone who can turn trends, insights and product messaging into high-performing creative concepts. You will be writing scripts, hooks, ad copy and creative briefs for editors, while using AI tools such as Claude to speed up ideation, testing angles and content development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts for paid social, organic content and performance campaigns. Write scripts, hooks, captions and ad copy for TikTok, Meta and other digital channels. Use Claude and other AI tools to support scriptwriting, testing angles and creative ideation. Create clear briefs for editors, designers and content creators. Review campaign performance and use data to improve creative output. Research competitors, trends and consumer behaviour within skincare and beauty. What We’re Looking For Experience in creative strategy, copywriting, performance creative or growth marketing. Strong copywriting skills across scripts, hooks and ad copy. Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness or DTC brands is highly desirable. Confident using Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools. Strong understanding of paid social creative, especially TikTok and Meta. Ability to brief editors clearly and produce content that is engaging, on-brand and conversion-focused. Why Apply?
