Immersive Experiences Within the Immersive Experiences team, we combine creative vision, tech expertise, AI innovation and agile project management to develop holistic solutions – on screen, in physical space, and in the mind. Here, innovation meets execution: we work across (real-time) CGI, motion design, UI/UX, BE/FE development and creative AI engineering – delivering immersive experiences and marketing content for global brands like smart, Porsche, dm-drogerie markt and Kärcher. Our projects range from AI-driven content creation platforms, CGI pipelines, marketing automation solutions, and immersive applications to the production of multi-channel content across the entire marketing supply chain. We are not a SaaS company, but rather develop customized solutions tailored to the needs of our customers. Your Role To support the growing demand for AI-powered content production at scale, we are looking for an experienced AI Content Operations Lead to lead complex content programs for a global FMCG client. Combining creative expertise, project leadership and AI-enabled production management, you will oversee content workflows from briefing through delivery, ensuring exceptional quality, operational excellence and client satisfaction. What We'd Love To See
- Several years of experience in digital design, content production, creative operations, project management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered content creation tools, generative AI workflows and production automation.
- Experience managing client relationships and leading stakeholder communications in an international environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple teams, deadlines and deliverables.
- Experience leading offshore or international production teams, ideally including teams based in India.
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to visual quality, image aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Ability to provide constructive creative feedback and guide teams toward high-quality outcomes.
- Experience working with global consumer brands or FMCG clients is a plus.
- Interest in emerging technologies and enthusiasm for helping shape AI-enabled production solutions.
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
