A place to make a difference: In this full time, maximum term (12 months) role, you’ll work as a part of our Supporter Engagement team from anywhere in Australia to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Corporate Partnerships Manager grows and manages strategic corporate partnerships to increase impact and revenue for vulnerable children through strong relationship management, business development, and stakeholder engagement. You will make a difference by: Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate partnerships and initiatives. Managing and growing existing partner relationships to increase engagement, income, and overall value. Driving new business development by identifying, pursuing, and converting corporate partnership opportunities. Developing innovative, strategic partnership plans aligned with best-practice CSR and organisational goals. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise fundraising outcomes, organisational profile, and social impact while meeting financial targets. This role requires: 5+ years’ experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or corporate foundations, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience. Strong communication, pitching, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders. Proven commercial acumen, including budget management, strategic planning, and delivering growth-oriented outcomes. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and AI tools, with a creative, innovative, and problem-solving mindset.
