Core Services Technical Lead - Identity / Enterprise Command Centre, Remote (EU) – International client Profile: Technical Lead. Minimum experience: Over 10 years. Knowledge: Microfocus Enterprise Server. Studies required: Bachelor’s Degree. Language: English (C1) MANDATORY. Location: Remote (EU). - EU candidates only. DESCRIPTION: The Core Services Technical Lead – Identity / Enterprise Command Centre is a senior role responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of complex initiatives within a large‑scale transformation programme. The position requires extensive technical expertise and leadership capability to manage the services roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, governance frameworks, and financial controls. The role oversees all delivery phases, from scoping and planning through to deployment and service transition, while maintaining high standards of documentation, risk management, and reporting. It also requires strong stakeholder management, execution discipline, and the ability to operate effectively across distributed teams. Description of the tasks: · Lead end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives including scoping, planning, requirements definition, testing, deployment, and service transition. · Define and manage the services roadmap aligned with strategic objectives. · Maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, and progress tracking. · Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, including proactive identification and escalation. · Ensure strong governance practices across all workstreams, applying appropriate frameworks. · Oversee financial control aspects related to programme delivery. · Produce and maintain high‑quality documentation (e.g., RAID logs, status reports). · Ensure effective stakeholder alignment and communication across distributed teams. · Drive execution excellence and maintain delivery momentum throughout the programme lifecycle. Knowledge and skills: · Strong expertise in Identity and Enterprise Command Centre environments. · Knowledge of Microfocus Enterprise Server. · Solid understanding of end‑to‑end delivery methodologies, including planning, testing, deployment, and service transition. · Experience applying governance frameworks in large‑scale programmes. · Proficiency in project planning, tracking, and reporting tools and practices (including RAID management). · Strong background in risk management and dependency tracking. · Understanding of financial control and programme budgeting principles.
