Controller – Full-Time or Part-Time
Job Description:
- Lead accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Review and analyze financial statements
- Support and mentor bookkeeping teams
- Provide accounting guidance and problem-solving support
- Help improve workflows, reporting, and operational processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate on internal process and technology initiatives
Requirements:
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- An excellent communicator and relationship-builder
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and systems
- Interested in innovation, process improvement, and modern accounting practices
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ideal experience includes: Controller or Assistant Controller experience
- Client accounting services (CAS)
- Outsourced accounting or public accounting
- Managing multiple clients or entities
- Leading accounting operations or month-end close functions
- Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is required. We work across various platforms and value professionals who are adaptable and comfortable learning new tools and technologies.
