WHERE AND HOW YOU WILL WORK This is a regional role, allowing for flexibility to work from any of our BHFLHN sites by negotiation, or the ability to work remotely, and benefit from the work-life balance this provides. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Someone with strong administration and coordination skills, or the ability or willingness to learn contractor management, invoicing, timesheet processing, and billing activities. A well-organised individual who can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting and data management requirements. A person with good communication and customer service skills who can work effectively with staff and stakeholders to resolve issues and support service delivery. Someone who is proactive and keen to support continuous improvement activities, including identifying contractor needs, assisting with recruitment processes, and contributing to team initiatives. A reliable and collaborative team member who demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance, quality service delivery, and supporting positive outcomes for the community.
