Contract Specialist (Remote)
This is a remote position. What We Do At Outsource Access, we help specialized leadership and talent management consultancies streamline their complex operations. We don't just manage paperwork—we ensure the connection between organizational strategy and execution is legally sound, efficient, and compliant, allowing our clients to focus on placing top-tier leaders. How You’ll Make a Difference Sealing the Deal with Precision: You will take charge of the entire contract lifecycle, preparing and negotiating terms for Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and non-disclosure agreements to ensure every client engagement starts on the right foot. The Guardian of Compliance: You will act as a defensive line for the business by reviewing vendor contract terms, identifying risks within contract language, and recommending changes to mitigate liability before agreements are signed. Driving Operational Flow: You will coordinate the efficient flow of all contracting processes and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring that the internal "machinery" of the legal and finance departments runs without friction. The Stakeholder Bridge: You will serve as the primary point of contact for client contracting stakeholders, delivering status reports and fielding inquiries with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Requirements
Is This You? The Experienced Professional: You hold a Bachelor's degree in business or law and have at least two years of experience as a Contract Specialist, giving you a thorough understanding of procurement, legal terminology, and risk management. Calm in the Chaos: You are familiar with the fast pace of high-growth organizations; you stay calm under pressure and proactively troubleshoot issues with a relentless focus on details and quality execution. A Relationship Builder: You possess strong interpersonal savvy and know how to build rapport and trust with both internal colleagues and external partners. Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient with contract management technology, specifically platforms like Juro, and are comfortable leveraging tools to support the company's growth.
