Responsibilities
- Lead online reading lessons through Zoom with groups of up to 4 students in 30–40 minute sessions.
- Be available to teach during school and after-school hours (Monday–Friday, 600 a.m.–500 p.m. PST).
- Use the provided curriculum, which includes detailed teaching steps and resources.
- Track and communicate student progress with consistency.
- Create an engaging, supportive classroom atmosphere that allows students to grow.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Comfort with Zoom and digital learning tools.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) These qualities are a plus, but not essential.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Degree in education, English, literacy, or related areas.
- Experience teaching phonics or early reading (K–3). Why join us?
